How these institutions can help our project:

The Production of a Nutrient Enriched Cookie through the Incorporation of Kalabasa (Cucurbita maxima) and Malunggay (Moringa oleifera)
Edineille Magaru Geronimo & Aldea Mae Narida Contreras, Batch 2008

The Industrial Technology Development Institute helps a lot of common Filipinos who are in need of help in their business by solving their financial problems, manufacturing problems and so on. During the field trip, we saw the different products that are supported by them and gave us thoughts on how we would improve the quality of our product and also gave us ideas on how we will manufacture our product.
The Food and Nutrition Research Institute is known as the research arm of the government in food and nutrition. The FNRI offers plenty of services about food and nutrition. The institute can help us in analyzing the nutritional content of our product, giving us exact values of the nutritional content. The institute can also help us improve the recipe that we are going to use.
Lastly, the Technology Application and Promotion Institute can provide financing support, consultations for agricultural productivity enhancements, and other programs. This institute can help us by aiding us financially and can also help in patenting of the product.
